Nara – Japanese (Yakiniku)
Yakiniku – translated from Japanese as “grilled meat”. Method of meat on the grill, which, depending on the restaurant can be either in an earthen pot with coals or over an open fire gas stove special.
Yakiniku originally appeared in Korea, but in Japan has acquired a number of characteristics. Japanese yakiniku much less acute than its Korean version.
The meat is served special sauce that is poured into small bowls, and where the meat is dipped after roasting on the grill.
